Our Racingmen called to play for their national selection to compete in this 2014 Six Nations Championship, are flying the Ciel et Blanc colours of Racing Metro 92, by bringing up some impressive individual statistics.
The Ciel et Blanc fly-half, Jonathan Sexton is currently second top scorer of the Championship with 49 points, thanks to 8 penalties, 4 conversions and two tries scored before the final round of the competition.
The Welsh flanker, with 55 tackles Dan Lydiate is the second top tackler of the Six Nations, behind Italy's Quintin Geldenhuys (60). Even more impressive, the Racingmen maintains a success rate of 100% with the Red Dragons in 2014 : he has not missed a single tackle in the four games to date.
Despite missing last week-end’s match agaist Scotland due to injury, the Ciel et Blanc Captain Dimitri Szarzewski, still shares the top spot in assists with Irish Connor Murray and English Billy Vunipola, all three at two assists in the tournament.
It’s now time for the final round and a chance for our Racingmen to shine once again. With the possibility that at the end of the day one or several Ciel et Blanc players may even brandish the famous Six Nations trophy.
