Last week, young Racingman Luc Barba made his comeback with the Racing Metro 92 youth team after his travel to Hong Kong with the professional squad. A great experience for him.
So, how was this trip to Hong Kong with the professional squad?
It was awesome! The atmosphere within the group was very pleasant. We really lived the way they do in China, with their culture... even during some of our training session , it was great! And the icing on the cake was the game against Toulouse, my former rugby club...
And your try!
(Laughs). Yes, a try on top of that. Everyone though that Walter scored it but I made the touchdown! I was really really happy, I couldn't be happier that day. To score a try against my former club, in my very first professional match, it felt like a dream come true! But still, I owe this try to the whole team, as it was a real team try.
What did coaches Labit and Travers tell you at the end of the match?
Well, they congratulated me for my try, my first match with the pros and offered my first Racing jersey. It was really great! (Smiles).
